Wrong decisions drive consecutive AIADMK defeats, Velumani and Natham tell EPS

Senior AIADMK leaders Velumani and Natham Viswanathan have written to Edappadi Palaniswami. They allege that despite winnable openings in the 2021, 2024 and 2026 elections, arbitrary decisions led to consecutive AIADMK defeats. They also cite the DMK alliance decision that left 25 MLAs opposed, the removal of effective district leaders without cause, and the expulsion of more than 400 members in breach of rules. They demanded roles be restored to those dropped before local body polls and stayed away from the meeting.
