The High Court pulled up Minister Maria Wilson, saying a minister is not above the law. Lawspet police registered a 2022 case alleging he entered his brother’s house and assaulted him. The court rejected a plea to skip personal appearance citing the Assembly session, noting even former PM Narasimha Rao appeared in court, and fixed a date for him to appear.
