Ban on 11 liquor brands withdrawn in 24 hours

FSSAI first banned 11 Enrica Enterprises liquor brands over unauthorised nature-identical and artificial flavouring. Tamil Nadu’s Prohibition and Excise Department then stopped TASMAC supply and sale. Within 24 hours of the ban becoming public, FSSAI revoked the order, and the state withdrew the sales restriction on all 11 products. What changed overnight?
