Against the Tamil Nadu Agriculture Budget 2026-27 backdrop, several farm schemes are listed under new names. The rooftop-garden package becomes Vetri Illatharasi home gardens; the soil-life conservation scheme becomes the TN soil-health mission; Uzhavan app is rebranded as the AI farmer app. Palm, oilseed, coconut and cotton missions, plus state and district farmer awards, also appear under updated titles.
