Scholarships continue, medical education fee aid under 7.5% reservation, and incentives against girls’ dropout - schemes totaling ₹462.41 crore. Hajj subsidy rises to ₹35,000; funds also support Christian and Muslim women’s associations and graveyard upgrades. Differently-abled welfare is allotted ₹1,485 crore.
