DMK Backs CM Vijay's Delimitation Resolution
Udhayanidhi Stalin said DMK supports the Assembly resolution and will not allow any cut in Tamil Nadu’s MPs.
After CM Vijay moved a separate Assembly resolution against constituency delimitation, Udhayanidhi Stalin said DMK supports the government resolution and will not allow any cut in Tamil Nadu’s MPs. He said delimitation should rest on the 1971 population base so the state’s 7.18% Lok Sabha share is not reduced, and reaffirmed DMK’s full support for 33% reservation for women.
