D.K. Shivakumar asks CM Vijay not to visit Karnataka amid the Cauvery row

After an all-party meeting on the Cauvery water issue, Karnataka CM D.K. Shivakumar said water already released to Tamil Nadu has flowed into the sea, and that the Cauvery Management Authority did not accept Karnataka’s claim of shortage. He said the Authority’s order is painful in the current crisis, and asked Tamil Nadu CM Vijay not to visit Karnataka amid the tense situation - while saying both leaders care about their own people.
